Orders & Shipping

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world. 

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

We offer free delivery for all orders.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

4iCe works with a company with facilities worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

When your order has been approved and processed you’ll receive an order confirmation on the email you’ve listed at check out.

When you place an order we’ll reserve the amount on your account. We’ll deduct the amount as soon as the goods depart from our warehouse.

To ensure that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible, we start processing it right after it is confirmed. For this reason, your order can not be changed. Also the delivery address and the delivery conditions cannot be changed afterwards.

To avoid errors, please check your details thoroughly before completing your order.

Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

A confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order has been processed. You can always track your package by clicking on the link we’ve sent you in your confirmation email.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.

Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@4iceofficial.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@4iceofficial.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Payment & Returns

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

We do not store or see your payment information. The account information you enter when purchasing our products is sent directly in encrypted form (SSL), and only you and the Payment Service Provider have access to this information.

By following us on social media such as Facebook and Instagram, you're always the first to get our discounts and offers. We also recommend that you sign up for our newsletter, so you'll never miss anything.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@4iceofficial.com.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to our facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address -If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed -Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@4iceofficial.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We’ll refund your order as soon as we have received the package at our warehouse. It usually takes around 1-7 business days for the payment to be visible on your account.

The package you are returning must be unopened and appear unused. If the returned item(s) do not appear unopened and unused we reserve the right to reduce the refund. You must pay for the shipping cost on the returned package. If a mistake happened from our side, we’ll, of course, cover the shipping cost.

Always send a picture of the postal receipt for verification and proof that the package has been returned to us.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@4iceofficial.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
